The Exe is located under a few layers of files.

Give your mech commands, when you start the round, the mech will execute those commands. Try to kill all of the enemies before they reach you. Red enemies fire rockets until killed.

Originally started out as a game where you'd fight enemy armies, didn't have time to add good enemy AI, didn't have time to add control over infantry and vehicles. Didn't even have time to implement mech movement.
